    INF Anthony Seigler went on the 10-day IL Sept. 13 with right wrist pain. LHP Garrett Crochet threw a 30-pitch side session Sept. 15 as he works back from shoulder inflammation, with the club targeting a late-season or early-postseason return at best. OF Eli White, hurt colliding with an outfield grate Sept. 8, is in a walking boot and targeting a postseason or 2027 return.

  • Worcester leans on rehabbing Houck and Oviedo as Portland's season ends short of the playoffs

    Portland finished 71-65 and missed the Double-A playoffs. Triple-A Worcester, three games back of a playoff spot with six left, is using rehabbing RHPs Tanner Houck and Johan Oviedo down the stretch. Top prospect Kristian Campbell was placed on the IL with a left foot contusion, jeopardizing the rest of his season.
