These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at 237sports.com, our mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by 237 Sports, LLC ("237 Sports," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any registration information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address or a supported third-party sign-in provider (such as Google). You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • all activity that occurs under your account; and
  • notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Services

237 Sports provides sports information, schedules, standings, personalized fan content, and related features across multiple sports and competitions.

Informational purposes only. All content on the Services — including scores, schedules, standings, statistics, and generated fan content — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Sports data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. You should not rely on the Services for any purpose where accuracy is critical, including wagering or betting decisions. 237 Sports does not offer, facilitate, or endorse gambling.

AI-generated content. Some content on the Services, including fan stories and commentary, is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence based on your preferences and publicly available fan discussion. Such content is creative and interpretive in nature, may contain inaccuracies, and does not represent the views of 237 Sports, any team, league, player, or governing body.

Changes to the Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

4. Paid Features

Certain features may require payment. If you purchase paid features:

  • Prices, features, and any usage limits will be disclosed at the point of purchase;
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment processors subject to their own terms;
  • Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable;
  • We may change pricing for future purchases at any time, with notice for any subscription renewals.

5. User Content

The Services may allow you to submit content, such as custom fan descriptions or personalization prompts ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant 237 Sports a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Services (including generating personalized content for you).

You agree not to submit User Content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or obscene;
  • infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • contains malicious code or attempts to interfere with the Services; or
  • impersonates any person or entity.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services by automated means without our prior written permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' accounts, or our systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services except as permitted by law;
  • resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or their content without our written permission; or
  • use the Services to develop a competing product or service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the compilation of content (excluding User Content and third-party trademarks), are owned by or licensed to 237 Sports, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party trademarks and data. All team names, league names, competition names, player names, logos, and related marks referenced in the Services are trademarks or property of their respective owners. 237 Sports is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any national or international football federation, the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, PGA TOUR, or any other league, governing body, team, or player. Sports data presented in the Services is compiled from publicly available third-party sources.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services (such as Google sign-in and analytics). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 237 SPORTS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 237 Sports, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and 237 Sports, LLC regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
